Nicole Moroles is Children Now’s Policy & Government Relations Administrative Assistant.
Before working at Children Now, Nicole interned with the Smithsonian as a part of the Smithsonian American Women’s History Initiative where she assisted in transcribing oral history interviews in order to amplify women’s voices to tell a more complete American story. In addition, Nicole also previously interned at the National Disability Rights Network where she supported outreach with various protection and advocacy organizations in order to advocate for increased funding for mental health and disability services from the federal government.
During her time at the University of California, Santa Cruz, she worked at the Women’s Center and received her bachelor’s degree in history, Women and Gender Studies and Legal Studies.
